      Netspend Promotions Department (3 Complaints)

      He's a moneypak scammer offering cash vouchers for Atlantis Casino and is willing to give them to you if you split a cut of said voucher with him. He asks you to pay $80 via Moneypak as a "token of trust" and continues to stall you with excuses for the next few days until you get fed up at which point he begins to ignore your calls and texts.
