Received an offer to sell my timeshare in 11/2013, claiming that they had a buyer ready to purchase. Received documents via DocuSign, which seemed legitimate. Signed closing documents and paid closing costs and was told that the sale would close in 60-90 days. Tried calling for a few weeks now to follow up on the status, phone number disconnected and the business phone only goes to voice mail. Executed wire transfer through AVP Management Services.

Called with an offer to buy our timeshare points package, we received contracts they were signed and closing costs paid. We were told the sale would close in 60 to 90 days. That time passed and were given a close date of Jan 10, 2014. On that day the phone number was disconnected and the business phone number goes to voice mail.

They say they have a buyer for you, have dep. in escrow but you must pay a 10% Fee to a title company AVP Management 321-304-9728 to be able to proceed. It just didn`t make sense for me the seller to have to put up almost 5,000$ to sell my own property. The next day looked into my e-mails and it was like they never existed
