$300 dollars to receive grand

This people are calling around saying they represent the federal government and they have $8500 for grand recipients, in order to get the money people most buy money pack for $300 to pay transfer fees and give them bank info. They will process money transfer and customers will get the cash in few transfers, there's no paper work, very fishy and really scary.
