Phillip Curtis contacted me via email with a oilfield job opportunity in Luanda, Angola in Africa. After I sent him my passport information and physical results he tells me I will need to purchase a Expatriate worker insurance policy certificate. I got concerned about this and decided to investigate and found out he was trying to scam me.
