There was a virus on my iPad and it would not let me search the internet until I called the number. When I called, it was perceived as if I was calling apple tech support. They took my serial number and my debit card information and charged me for something that was free. Then when I called my bank and reported it, they cursed me out and hanged up the phone on me. I called several times complaining!
