I explained to the tech. up front that I had no money, he Paul Thomas, ID WIN302015 did not require money that I had a virus that was Tropic, he proceeds to nettop onto my computer and find these supposed viruses and after approx. 15 minutes began to explain that what expense I would incur. When I explained I was not coming up with money, I was retired and had someone to work on my computer. He said that only Microsoft could clean up the problem getting rid of the computer and replacing the computer would not correct the problem. I let him know that he needed to get off my phone and that we had reported others to the BBC, Better Business Bureau all of a sudden I WAS A "NI**A" a F*cking NI**A I proceeded to let him know I did not know who his mother was and how he was raised. I proceeded to try and close the system down and he wrote "F*ck you Ni**a! ball over mt screen saver. It took approx. 3 calls to the above phone number to speak with a supervisor to no avail. Supposedly the supervisor, John Keller did not know this Paul Thomas and that the calls were routed to different counties with help desks. My question was how do you hold employees accountable when they are rude and ignorant? I took a picture of the writing on my screen.
