Stole money and PIN number

This guy ivory dunbar frazier told me that he could put a zero behind every amount i sent him i sent 253.95 when was supposed to call ,e back with a pin number and moneygram to transfer funds he never contacted me and when i went to check and see if the funds where still there they had been taking away

I'm filing a police report. He got me for 165 dollars. Same scam. I should have known better.
