A man called, today and I have received several phone calls in one week A rep name Brian stated that I had taken a loan out from us cash advance, and i had defrauded them and was charges with 3 counts and they was going to take me to court. He asked if I had a lawyer. He transferred me to talk to his office where this man with dialect speech read me a bunch of stuff. He told me not to ask any questions until he was done. So when i ask him how much it was he said $8,000. He told me that I was going to be arrested on my job on tomorrow. He stated that the law firm was Ryan and Richards Associates.Show more...
