Over charging for service
By: Jul 25, 2017I called for a residential visit, I asked for a quote. I was told $ 25 service fee plus $19.99 to change the calendar. The tech came changed the calender then said I had to pay $128. I said no , I called the office reminded them the website says $19.99 to remedy residential. The tech then took $49 from me and kept one of the keys. Now I'm scared that he can come open my door anytime. I'm a female who leave alone. I have to pay someone else to change it again. This guy was very unprofessional calling me a thief. And that I'm cheating him.
