My elderly father and I recently moved 7 doors down to a bigger apartment. I used this website to change our mailing addresses (individually because we have different last names) because of the convenience. The website is "official" looking as a utility to change mailing addresses with the US Postal Services. I entered my debit card information (twice - two separate transactions)assuming a $1 charge would be made for each change. When I checked my statement minutes later, there were two charges of $49.95 each! I immediately contacted this 'business' through their 'Contact Us' tab four times that day; with no response from them. I also scoured their website for their listed fee for services or something else I may have missed. This website looks like an official website of the USPS and no where lists an amount of their fee.
I contacted them AGAIN yesterday and they did respond from a different email address ([email protected]) and stated they have no record of my transaction; however, asked for my name, email address, confirmation #'s that they emailed to me, and a copy of my statement showing the charges. I provided all this information to them, only to be told I a contacting the wrong company. This is the ONLY company I contacted to change my address and the ONLY company that I have been in contact with through their website.
I need help getting my two fees of $49.95 ($99.90 in total) reimbursed from them. Especially because the USPS only charges $1 on line or it's FREE to do at the post office.
This company and its services were misleading and (I fear) bogus and fraudulent.
Thank you so much for any assistance you can give me!

I don't recommend them
