      After careful deliberation I regret to inform you that from this point forward we will no longer be able to assist you with your timeshare release. You have missed three payments on your file and per your contract with our office it does state that once you miss a payment, we can drop you from the program. All fees paid to our office thus far will be retained as damages.

      Promised to release me from my Westgate timeshare: I left you a voicemail today regarding your file with us to get you released from your Westgate contract. Thank you for speaking with me today, and I hope to be able to assist you out of your debt with Westgate.

      We paid 2600 for them to represent us in getting timeshare removed. After years of back and forth we were informed that our credit took a hit AFTER they assured us it would not affect it. We contacted them and they said they were working to get it removed immediately. Nothing happened. Contacted them again and nothing. We then tried to do a cash-out refi for our house and had the mortgage company get ahold of them. They finally answered and stated that it was almost taken care of and the lawyers were making progress but they couldn't tell us what the agreement was(BIG RED FLAG). We then got a notice in the mail that we had a foreclosure that we have to now deal with. They constantly told us to not communicate and when we first started to immediately stop paying them. I really wish we didn't fall into this, but we did. So now here we are with a foreclosure on our credit and don't know where to go from here.

      Paid $2,850 in March 2018 for help to get out of my timeshare. I was told they could cancel my timeshare, get refund for all fees as well as my initial deposit. In all my follow up calls (April & May) I was told they were still working on my case. June 8 I was told they had been before the judge & were hoping for a settlement of August 17. On August 27 I was told they were gathering statements for all owners in my timeshare company which they would take back to court on next court date. "Things are going in our favor." Tried to contact in October 2018 only to find they're closed and have filed bankruptcy

      We paid approx $3000 to have out Timeshare canceled. We also were told the portion for PayPal would be step 2 and resolved approx 6 months after payment was received. We sen in all of our statements and received emails back received. Now as of Dec 2018. Everything is shut down. We still have PayPal obligation and the timeshare is open on our credit.

      I paid $1500 up front to get out of my timeshare and was told not to except calls from Diamond. I have this on my credit and still receiving correspondence from the Scamming timeshare. Website sent an auto response claiming Chaper 11 and my case will be worked on soon. Since the email does not exists. I want a class action lawsuit. I recorded all of our calls and can find true location.

      I sent $2,600. to them to have my timeshare cancelled. The contact was minimal and no response at all. The phones are always busy. I spoke with Michelle Rucker, a Timeshare release advocate and she told me that everything would process and I'd also be able to get my initial deposit back. I want my money back for what I paid to them, my deposit on the credit card and also to restore my credit rating.

    It has now been another several weeks, we are getting more and more calls from Zoolander, Festiva's Credit collection agency, and Consumers response is just hang up on them. Very helpful and very professional. I was assured by "Madalyn" several weeks ago that I would be getting biweekly calls Wednesday to update me on the progress of this account. I have not yet received one. This is not a state issue this is a federal complaint. I will wait another 90 days and then I am filing formal complaints and requesting my money back. I'm getting very tired of hearing the same thing and never seeing any result. I am definitely tired of feeling I am being fed the company line over and over. Just do what you were hired for or at the very least show copies of these mysterious papers you keep saying you have sent to Festiva!

    I finally received a call and a promise to look into my file after a year and a half. They promised a call back with results but until I actually receive that call and see the results it is just more promises. Hopefully waiting but doubtful. As of now I would have to say Don't waste your money on these people but I will be pleased to post positive comment and remove this if I'm proven wrong. If I continue to get no results I'm prepared to use this and every other platform to let the world know. Make this right or return the money!! 18 months with nothing cannot be accepted!

    I would appreciate someone from American Consumer to actually convince me you are trying to do what you were paid for. I'm open and want to believe but you make it difficult. We are getting tired of words and would like to see some actual results. We have been signed up with you for nearly a year and a half and have had NO results. You do not get back to us nor do you ever appear to actually do anything. I have not seen any copy of correspondence to Festive - all I have seen is letters from their Debt Collections (Zoolander Capital) after not making payments per your directions. I seriously doubt you ever follow through on your 100% refund offer as you apparently only succeed in ruining the credit of good people who choose to take you at your word. If you want to discuss this personally you know my number as I called several times and and emailing you a copy of the FIRST public complaint.

    Also, play your recordings so everyone can see how disrespectful you all were to me. I speak like I am spoken to. I was nothing but a buck$$$ in your eyes as long as you could get it. When I started asking for my money back you became irritated and intentionally exited me from the program wrongfully. As I stated before, the letter stated within 5 business days. I called, emailed, and sent message via web on the day the letter was received. This was something you all wanted to do!. Gave me the run a round knowing what your plan was all alone. FAKE!!! Don't trust their lies!

    Victim no! unfairly treated Yes! you all never contacted me once about a non-payment until you sent a letter. Who does business like that. Not once did I miss a payment before I had card issues. You emailed me in Nov and not once mentioned the fact that I had missed a payment. I asked for my money back, again...not once did you or your staff say you are delinquent. I assume you were still taking payments. You took a large lump sum of money out of my account and not once did I call and yell at you. I only asked that my funds be returned and you only take the amount owed. Late due to having to change cards with back switching to chip card and I paid right then and there. Besides, I was promised I would have my timeshare canceled within a year, did it happen? NO! You all did nothing and refuse to show me anything in reference to where you were with my case. Maybe that is because you had done nothing. You all are quick to say you were right and hate to admit when you are wrong. You are unprofessional and misuse people. You only reinstated me once. I guess it is ok when you mess over costumers lives, take out large sums of cash, and speak disrespectfully, etc.... but it is not ok for them to miss a payment or speak to you in the tone you speak to them in. I pray you all stop messing over people and you can know your day is coming. Investigate them as much as you can people and find out who they really are before you visit their fake BBB page with a D-. Read carefully and view others complaints. I should have investigated more before allowing you all to mess me. You stole American Consumer Credit Counseling Profile to appear as if you were legal. Truth be told you are partnering with these timeshares to make money off the customers. I will continue to voice my opinion on social media, web, BBB, etc. until you all are caught. My opinion is my opinion and I think you all are fake. Who sends mail with no contact information. Yes!!! I have attitude...who would not. Lord knows everyone working for this company will caught it when your day comes. I hope they are paying you enough money to survive that hold you all are digging for yourselves. You chose to not pay again and breach your contract a second time, so you were dropped from the program after that per the contract that you agreed to and signed. You also called our office on multiple occasions with a very unacceptable way of communicating with our staff. These are the reasons Shequite was terminated from our program. You are playing a victim card when you couldn't stick to a scheduled payment program that we forgave you in 2 times. We do not work for people that do not pay for services.

    They did me the same way. I paid close to $2000.00 and they never contacted me unless I missed a payment. Every time I contact them I got nowhere other than we are working on it. I paid for a year and nothing was done. I asked for my money back via email because I saw nothing that they were doing to help me. No one replied to me telling me what I should do to get my money back. I was messed out of money I did not have to spare. On top of that they took a large lump-sum out of my account at once causing me to overdraft and make a late rental payment on house. I ended up having to pay late fees and could not get anyone on the phone to help me until the week following. When I did get someone, they returned my money but I still suffer the over draft fee and late rental payment. When I receive a letter, no contact information was on there. Number I was given when I first signed up was disconnected. After taking all my money over a year, maybe a lil less, I was told they could not serve me anymore due to delinquent payments by Paula. Note: the note that I received in the mail said I would be dismissed if I did not contact them within five business days. I contact them the same day. This company is only in position to get money...not help you. You would be a fool to trust them. They work with the timeshare companies and do not care about the customers. I could never speak with the lawyer himself but I was told he didn't want to deal with me.

    Jim, We eliminate timeshare contracts and we do everything in our power to protect your credit while we go through the process. If you ended up here you have done research and you have been victim of the timeshare industry. Getting a client released can be a process but we always do everything in our power, including disputes, to protect our clients during the process. We hope you take a serious look at the market and do your research. We cancel timeshares legitimately and forever. Period.

    I spoke with Mandy and took care of her concerns. It was not a foreclosure the resort was telling her that they would do that but they are just trying to get a payment from her. These resorts are very unethical and are scams and we will get Mandy out along with the 1000s we have already. The government should shut this resorts down but i don't feel the government has are best interest in mind anymore.

    I have paid american consumer credit as well as of January and stopped paying my timeshare. I have sent everything to Michael Saracco and I too have asked for some proof that some contact with my resort has been made. I have now received notice that they have filed with the credit bureaus. I was told up front that my credit would be cleaned up after the cancellation but now I am being told that I am going into forclosure and will have to pay all court fees etc. I spoke to Michael Saracco and he said that my file was still new since it has only been 5 months and would need to be escalated but I am now worried about forclosure and don't know what to do or what is being done if anything. The better business bureau doesn't have american consumer credit.

    This was done by a competitor are fees are not that price. Also Saracco is spelled wrong. We have an APlus rating with the BBB and i can prove to anybody what we do.
