• I been paying my student but it's a scam

  Hello my Name is Nancy and i start paying my student loan since 2018 i did 4 payments of $200 and after 4 months i been paying $39 every month until 10/25/2019 and as today 01/22/2020 receive an email from the company saying that my payment is Declined due to Response: declined (GW89, Card Sale was not processed. (89: Bad merchant ID)) on Jan 22, 2020. Unfortunately, we were unsuccessful in our attempt to process your payment transaction. And i call my Fedloan on 01/10/2020 in regards if they receive any payments but they said that they have not receive any payments at all and they are contracted with bussinees to relief any student loans. And i call a number where my payments were going and the number is 8008133740 and the person who i spoke to was jennifer and she gave the number to contact the person or company but they guy who talk too he sound really confused in how i got his number snd his phone number was 7147170140 and when i mention that iwas calling in regards from Arete financial freedom , He said that the company got shutdown from business and they aren't in business anymore i spoke to him in front with my banker specialist to report the fraud scam company. And i still receive an email today to make the payment
