I was offered a job as Safety Officer on board ship in the UK after filling out an application 2 weeks ago. The job offer appeared legitimate and I followed instructions to contact a Sam Troncon at Westfields Chambers for issuance of work permit and visa who also told me to contact Sky Assurance Company for travel insurance which I was to purchase for 1,150 British Pounds and instructions on how to make the transaction.
I look up the BIBBY OFFSHORE website and read this:
