A few days later I noticed the foreign charge on my account. I attempted to contact company and all emails came back as being undeliverable. No books received or shipped as of three weeks now, multiple online reports of fraud from this store, and they just added new items on the website:(-

ONLINE SHOPPING SCAM
By: Jul 02, 2019This online company Booktiz, is an active website that appears to sell Textbooks for students for quality prices. It was only after I placed my order and two days passed without a tracking number or any updates did I decide to email the company. I was immediately sent back an email saying that the company’s mail box is full. After some research I found that many other people experienced the same thing, they ordered a book and never received an item and their emails never went through. I am not so upset about the money, just in shock that a website like this is still running and hasn’t been shit down. Many student like myself were fooled into giving them our money and card information when we really need textbooks. This website needs to be taken down.

Never received book
By: Jun 24, 2019I ordered a book off booktiz.com on June 1st and the payment got taken out of my account immediately. I received confirmation email, but never received the book. I have emailed but it keeps not going through and saying there is an error. I looked up the address and it shows a resteraunt.

Fake email address and did not send me my paid for and ordered book
By: Jun 19, 2019I ordered a textbook from this site-- I saw it was much cheaper here than other sites, so I paid almost $10 for expedited shipping on top of my book price. I never received shipping or tracking information-- just confirmation that they took my money. I tried reaching out to customer service and was alerted that the email address they provided is not valid. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered the book, received pdf purchase receipt but book never arrived. Email gets bounced on [email protected] address. It's been more than a month now.
