I ordered two stuffed animals totaling $75. I emailed them and asked them for an update because I could not track the shipment through a tracking number. I emailed them and asked them for an update and they said it was still being processed in the factory and wanted to know when I needed the order. I said no worries I just wanted to know an update because I could not track the item. The next day I get refunded my $75 with no reason or explanation as to why. I am afraid that my identity is going to get stolen because of this. I also gave them the address to someone that I wanted them to send the second dog to so I hope they aren’t going to get screwed either.
