I placed an order for supplemental diet pills, a 2 month supply (60 pills) for $130.00 with another $25.00 for 2-day ship. Western Union charged $20.00 as their fee, so a total of $175.00 was spent. After money was picked up in Washington, DC by "Francis Auk", I got a call that I had to double my order and spend a couple hundred more for my package to meet minimum shipping standards. I refused to pay, and requested a refund. Was promised that funds would be returned, even WU fee, & I would be sent tracking number to retrieve my $175.00. Now, no one will answer the phone calls I've made, no response to texts, messages, e-mails, etc. It's been days--I've been blowing up their phone, but no luck. Reverse traced phone number to land line in Los Angeles, CA, and waiting for more information. On phone, answering service announces the name "Travis Lopez", but he has a thick Indian accent, so I don't think the name is legitimate. I want my money back. I am disabled and on a fixed income, and I thought I was just trying to do something to improve my health. Bank and Western Union unable to do anything.Show more...
