I ordered a fitness watch early October. It worked the first week, but stopped working 2nd week. I contacted co immediately with no response. The only method of contact on their website is to fill out an email type form & send it. I did that several times with no response. On Oct 8, they sent me an email telling me how to set up the watch, it was already set up. On Oct 9 I sent the watch back on my dime, tracking shows they received it on Oct 11, I still have not received a refund. I have contacted many more times with no response.
