I ordered over $150 of smoothies and cereal during the lockdown. I sent an email to their customer service to cancel when I still didn't receive the product 2 months later. No response to email and then received product later that week. Now I just found out I'm auto-enrolled in some program with them. I have no account with them so there is no way to cancel with them online. I've sent numerous unanswered emails to their customer service. No phone number is provided. No other contact info is provided. Just found other posts online that this same thing has happened to others and they ultimately had to block through their credit card company.
