  I did a withdrawal with chime card on 01/01/20 at ATM. ATM sucked my $160.00 back up and debited my account. I called chime on 01/01/20. Filed a dispute on 01/03/20. They should have issued a provisional credit, within 10 business days, per federal banking laws, schedule E regulations. I found out the ATM operator refunded my money. Apparently, Chime kept it. This comes as no surprise to me, now that I’ve researched chime/Bancorp. There are thousands of complaint’s of them taking money out of their customer’s account, unauthorized transactions. They will do nothing about it if you file a dispute. They deny EVERY dispute. I come to find out, Chris Britt, who supposedly runs chime was indicted in 2007 for bank fraud. He was stealing pnc’s account holders account numbers and stealing their money. In addition, they are not insured through the FDIC. So when he goes to prison or files bankruptcy, again, you are out of luck. The picture on the web site, is not, Chris Britt, he’s a lot uglier. I hate thieves. This is a group of thieves, stay away. It’s a big Ponzi scheme. Just look at their behavior. Would they be stealing from their customer’s, if they were making any money. There’s no fees. They claim to make money from the transaction fee, that every vendor pays. That’s only 2-3%, per transaction. They don’t get the full 2-3%. There’s no way they are making money.
