Internet fraud, consumer fraud
By: Dec 31, 2017Ordered a free supply, trail offer, which took 14 days to get here. The pills DON'T work but was automatically billed a charge of $97.83 and shipped a second puppy. When I called the company's number listed on my credit card it was a wrong number. Through constant searches I got the company who refused to take the shipment back. I cancelled any future shipments and placed the charge in dispute with my CC company (still waiting for a refund) A third charge owed up on my CC and I treated to go to the NYS attorney generals office with a complaint. They finally sent me a credit and stopped the charges, so far but I still have my second shipment in dispute

By: Dec 13, 2017Ordered cianix products. To be samples....i read everything, as i sm clearly aware of inline scams. Ni mention of anything but the 2 $1.95 charges. Today my credit card was charged another $97.83. The number on my statement goes to voicemail. Called # on receipt slip and spoke to “Troy” (from India surprise!). Gave few lines of crap...keep it and no further charges, 50% off, 70% off. I demanded full refund. He says i can send it back but i will be charged $20 restocking fee...+ the $3.90 i already paid. Not happening. I will be speaking to my bank.

called waiting for a Manager to call back
By: Dec 11, 2017I had tried the trail offer for 14 days by the 10th day I called to cancel, no they extended it for another 7days so again I called on the 5th day once again it got extended it another 7 days so I called on the 4th day and canceled the order I was giving a RMA number and address to mail product back which I did this was 11/30/17 o.k come December 4 they took $94.68 & $97.83 out of my bank account under the name Dramatic Health with a phone number 855 671-288 an incomplete phone number so I search on line for the for Dramatic Health and found a place in New York city but the phone numbers did not match, so I called the phone No. and add one no. to the last digit and finally got it right when the answered they did not give a name so I asked if they sold supplements and are they with Dramatic Health and they said they no longer go by that name, I then asked if they sold Cianix and they said yes, I then explained what happened so they offered me $47.00 back I said no, then it was $75.00 I said no you took $94.68 & $97.83 so they finally agreed to a full reimbursement but I said by you taken that money out with out my permission was an act of Fraud and Theft and besides that my bank hit me with an over draft fee of $70.00 that they should also pay, because of there actions cause an over draft fee and thats were I'm at right now waiting for a manager to call back. I think I might need to Lawyer up.

AUTO SHIPMENT SCAM
By: Nov 27, 2017MY ORDER WAS SHIPPED ON 11/13/2017 CHARGES WERE DEBITED UNDER TWO DIFFERENT NAMES (ALREADY A RED FLAG)EUP.EUPHORIC. SKIN AND BEY BLISSFUL EYES BOTH ON 11//10/2017. I DID NOT RECEIVE THE ORDER VIA USPS UNTIL 11/21/2017.YESTERDAY 11/26/2017 I SEE THAT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF 97.83 WAS TAKEN OUTFROM BEY BLISSFUL EYES ONCE AGAIN. I HUNT DOWN THE PRODUCT CIANIX CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. PRETTY MUCH TOLD THAT THIS WAS AUTO SHIP WITH ONLY 14 DAY WINDOW TO CANCEL... THATS UN HEARD OF ESPECIALLY SINCE IT WAS ONLY DELIVERED 6 DAYS AGO AND EVEN MORE RIDICULOUS IS THERE IS A FULL MONTH SUPPLY. SO WHERE WOULD THIS 14 DAY RULE COME FROM AND WHO WOULD BE ABLE TO KNOW IF PRODUCT WAS REALLY WORKING WITH ONLY 4 DAYS OF USE? NOBODY WOULD AGREE TO THAT...THAT IS WHY THIS IS A SCAM AND THEY PRACTICE SHADY PRACTICES, THEY TOLD ME ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS I EVEN OFFERED TO SEND THEM BACK THEY TOLD ME TO SEND THEM BACK BUT I STILL WILL NOT BE REFUNDED BECAUSE I HAD NOT CALLED IN TO CANCEL.THIS WAS NEVER TOLD TO ME OR WRITTEN DURING ORDERING!! 14 DAYS TO CANCEL NEXT SHIPMENT.... IT JUST DOESN'T MAKE SENSE... I WOULD NEVER HAVE CONSENTED TO THAT. I AM NOW WAITING FOR THE SUPERVISOR. Liars and theives

I too my friends fell for it, Their web site give out a warning others can see my info, this should send red flags up for me but did not see it not until I tried their web site and no answer on their phone, but I was luck to talk to someone on another number, I did go to my bank and stop it I hope, if not I guess I'm out about $200. Whitch I did not know about I should have check Scam Guard next time I will. Buyers beware.

They also refuse to give you a full refund. They charge me for shipping and handling then charge me again for same shipping and handling on the product. I purchased through a popup web site and did not learn of the billing until the second month. never did receive the second shipment that they billed me for.

Not just Cianix any of these "just send shipping" are this type of scam. Once they have your account number they will charge more stuff to that account, and if you manage t get a hold of them they will use the copout you didn't read the fine print that is in lawyerease double talk that is a clear as mud.

Cianix is a marketing scam , they charge your account automatic every months when you are not aware that you need to cancel a free trial . contacting them for a refund is like pulling teeth , they dance around the issue by offering more free product or a partial refund which are not acceptable . every one should be careful when dealing with them . its a scam !
