unable to get refund for returned product

returned product unopened. no info on web site for returns. emailed company 3 times using their online form. web site promised 24 hr reply but received none. called 3 times. told no refund because exact return procedure was not followed. names of reps i talked to were jen, kanesha and kasha. jen said to email company, i did but no reply. kanesha said to wait since it took 2-3 weeks for returns to be refunded. kasha was the last rep i talked to and she said no refund.
