About 4 years ago I canceled my subscription to consumer reports digital. Today I received a past due invoice for renewing my subscription. Of course, this invoice did not include a customer support phone number. I researched and found the number online. I called and spoke to Jeremiah who way too easily stated that he would correct the problem. I questioned him about how they could have made this "error" in the first place. He stated that they get a lot of these calls because people fill out and return the mailers as "practical jokes" or "people don't understand the form when they fill it out and return it for a subscription renewal."Show more...
