. ok yes, i was able to get my email account back thank you. but the tech tried to fix an issue with the start button. he couldn't fix it. so he said to add another account. and he would transfer everything over and it would look the same etc. my desktop isn't completely as it was on my original account. and my history bookmarks passwords weren't working. I had to contact my email clients to reset my passwords. After I was billed I contacted my credit card and they put a block on it to keep them from charging my account anymore. I have been getting threatening emails and harassing phone calls after I replied to cancel
