Not receiving items ordered, no responses

I placed an order on their website April 28th 2015. On May 1st I received an email stating that my order would be delayed (back ordered) until mid June 2015. I inquired at the end of June, no response, called and emailed several times. Placed a complaint to the BBB, waiting for response. The phone number no longer works, the email never gets answered. They also still have a website up taking orders and credit cards. How is this possible?
