I was told my computer had been hacked and ready to crash and they could fix my computer. After a lengthy call I was told how much it would cost and I told them no. They called back and said the could charge me 149.99 and started to fix the computer. They then said I would not have to be at my computer while it was being fixed and asked me for credit card info. I stayed at my computer and noticed they were charging me the $600 and then picked up my phone where the gentlemen was still on and complained and told him to stop. He tried to assure me that wasn't the case. I immediately called my credit card and told them to refuse any such transaction. They then called back because my credit card wouldn't work and asked me if I use Pay Pal. They tried again and charged 2 charges (ea.$100) at Walmart. I told them at this point I was looking into this and I intended to report then. I tried to cancel changes at Walmart and at this time I am not sure they were cancelled.Show more...
