I was contacted to work at home for a company that did mail inspection. I received and sent a few packages and after the second I got curious and tried to look up the company and found almost no information. After intensive digging I found the company I sent a photo of my ID to and my social security number, was indeed a scam. They didn’t ask me directly for money, but instead promised me pay I did not receive.
