Charged twice for one month that I didn't order
By: Feb 04, 2016Extend pet health billed me for their product that I did not order twice in one month. I do not have a dog ( that is what the product is for).. I asked for my money back. They told me to mail it back at my cost. I'm not able to spend extra money to mail their error back. Please let me know what I can do to get my money back !!!!
