  Couples of months ago I bought a used Heldelberg TOK printing Machine, Format 394 x 280 mm Printax Powder from a German company called FairGraphica de. The company‘s address is FGT FairGraphica Team Germany USt-IdNr.: DE307311313 - EORI Number: DE373841847375835 Tel.: +49.7157.532 108 - Mobil: +49.151.507 15 400 E-Mail: [email protected] www.fairgraphica.de. The machine was shipped to Dar ES salaam Tanzania through bill of landing No. DAR202736 and arrived at destination on the second week of March, 2019.
  Unfortunately, the machine arrived at destination virtually an empty box contrary to what they had represented to me that the machine was in a very good working condition. All accessories inside the machine were removed including some parts of the motherboards (circuits) rendering it useless. The most essential parts missing just to mention very few are: It is even weird that the machine came in shambles with those few parts that came with the machine were dismantled and loosely put on open, lough and teared boxes. Generally, the packing was very poor and unprofessional. I communicated this incident to sales department of the company but nobody is even showing the courtesy of replying the thing that confirms to me that I was scammed.
