I did the receiving and reshipping packages for fastpack delivery for almost a month. I checked everything and seem legit to me. I gave my identity information, filled out w-2 forms, etc like how hiring jobs does. Until yesterday, I tried reaching out to Diego at human resource to find out more about health benefits, retirement, etc. His number wasn't working, and he didnt respond to my email from few days ago. I tried getting direct number from supervisors to human resource, they seem to avoid sending me the direct number. Instead the manager reached me. I told them that I was interested in working full time at home and quit my current day time job. Then today, all of sudden I was not able to log on the dashboard, and they not responding to me. The number only took voice mail, and no one was available to answer. I had a funny feeling, so I googled and digged more. Found three complaints on this website same thing as mine with Fastpack delivery. I would like to make sure that they not doing this to anyone else.

Luckily that I saved all my information, their informations, text messages, emails, photos, and receipt uploaded onto the computer for in case.

I thought this company that was legit business. But I began to feel and notice that there were things that weren't right. I have contacted various authorities and the BBB in this matter (even my local News stations), and there doesn't appear to be any help. I STUPIDLY thought that I was getting a job that would help me provide for me and my son. And as a single parent, I only want the best for us. The struggle is real and hard. I accepted the job, as I said, thinking that it was a good thing and would help. But after being accepted and going through their "online training" session. I begin to notice that the parcels coming to me weren't being sent to the "original" customer. I've contacted this company and inquired about this practice. I was told that their company specializes in shipping items for people that lived outside the USA. at first I thought this was a good service, but quickly started to feel like I was being lied to. I (from the start of conversing with this company) to keep any and all convos, emails, instructions, etc. that i would have with them. I am hoping that this will help if anything were to happen to me. (I guess I watch too many court and law TV shows.) I don't know what I can do to get away from this company without being implicated in something that I didn't do. I have bought any items and nor has there been any monies transferred from me to whomever. So I am happy and grateful for that, but it is still an uneasy feeling that I have towards this type of business. If there is anyone that can help and direct me in the best way to handle this matter, PLEASE HELP!!!
