Claimed to have a buyer for owned timeshares - Wanted upfront transfer fee

A very-convincing midwestern man claimed to want to buy my timeshares, with his "friend" (Robert McMahon) from this bogus Title company handling the deal. They expected me to wire a fee of $2750 to handle the transfer. I did research on the Web Site owner and determined the entire Title company was but a shell web page.
