I was having trouble with my computer and this lady came on offering to fix it, so I said OK then she tells me it will be $300.00 and she said it had a Trogen and she was the only one who could get rid of it and make my Computer like new. Well I struggling with windows 10. I had to get my husband on to the emails. she fixed it alright, now I can hardly work it. I don't know what she did, but I want my money back.
