Took advantage by soliciting and pressuring a minor through texts and emails. Gramities Devices a company found by searching through Ali-baba claimed they could give better prices if ordered from them directly. They tell you they do not accept credit cards or checks so it has to be sent via moneygram. They make you wait a few days and tell you the money is being returned to you because the person designated to accept the money on behalf of the company was unable to retrieve the funds being sent via money gram. At this point the money never went through so we were able to retrieve our funds. Now they enticed him into depositing monies into an account with Wells Fargo under the name Laurence Walker, Georgia. After they received 200 they told him because of all the time spent with money gram and trying to get the money the shipping company that has been holding the shipment is requesting additional monies. So now they tell him he needs to send another 150.00 to cover the fees charged because the warehouse is holding this shipment so long, but the good news is that you're really not out the extra 150.00 because the shipper doubled the amount of spinners because it was too costly to ship such a small amount so for the extra 150.00 you will have the order expedited as it is already in a warehouse in PA and you will get double the amount of your initial order! Now they have 350.00. My son asked for a receipt from the warehouse stating they have the package and it was on hold pending additional fees. He was waiting for his package when they contacted him to tell him the great news - because of all the trouble caused and for your patience they are throwing in 2 new iphone 7's. Terrific right? WOW what;s better than this my son thinks. The only thing is the shipper needs to collect 200.00 for the two iphone's, but hey 2 brand new iphone 7's for only 200.00 more ! This really preys on the minds of minors! My son went ahead and sent these people another 200.00 but this time to a Scott Murray, 1280 Wagstaff Road, Sacramento Ca because he was the owner of Gramities Devices and was going to handle this directly. So the bottom line is that my son ordered fidget spinners for 200.00 and wound up being solicited to pay an additional 350.00 for items that were never ordered. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE ARE OUT 550.00 AND THERE ARE NO ITEMS THAT WERE EVER SHIPPED. PURE SCAM! My husband tried to call the phone # for gravities devices but the number on the website is some sort of text a friend app. He gets the # from my son and contacts Scott Murray through the phone number our son was texting through. Scott Murray answers as an adult but immediately changes his voice to sound like a young boy. My husband proceeds to tell him that he and his other counterparts are not to reach out to my son ever again and that we are reporting them to the Sacramento Police Dept. NEEDLESS TO SAY HE TELLS MY HUSBAND TO GO F HIMSELF. It is so very sad !Show more...
get our payment back and have their company removed from the web so that this cannot happen to other minors
