It seems that you have bought one study and you have chose to pay the full amount using the 3 monthly installments method.
Also, I have to inform that when cancelling the subscription to the site, the act itself, doesn't effect/cancel or delete, any outstanding payment. Any other request linked to payments, should be done by email, directly to PADRE.
I can gladly check your refund status, thus just needing the email address that was registered and/or the transaction(s) number(s).

Business response: Mar 26, 2018Hello Abhishek Kapuria, I'm Paul and I'll PADRE's assistant. I do apologize for any misunderstanding but remember ALL online payments, require an manual validation by typing the card's CVV2 code on the order form.
Even when having the "automatic fill option" activated, specially when using Chrome on the mobile device, the CVV2 code, needs to be filled out manually.
Now, more important, the refund was made today as requested. Please check your gmail.
