My Social Security Card

I received an alert on my computer stating that I had a serious virus on my computer. I call the number that was showing on the alert. I spoke with a MCT tech, about all the viruses on the computer, he advised me to purchase an antivirus protection. He ask me for a credit card number and my last four digits of my social security number. My card number did not go through, but, I am concern about my social security number.
