automatically charged me 99.00 dollars
By: Jan 02, 2014automatically charged me $99.00 dollars just to sign up for their auctions , was not aware of this! The site never said there was going to be any charge! I want to cancel this whole thing out before my money gets taken!! Very bad website, I believe I was just scammed and I can not afford this.....Ebay is much better and can always contact some one and their site is free, you only pay for the auction item, you do not buy a package or buy bids. PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE THIS!!!!

Charged my card without authorization.
By: Jan 02, 2014I was searching for a PS4 before Christmas and this website popped up. They encourage me to enroll with no obligation whatsoever but said NOTHING about being charges $99 to enroll! After enrolling, I noticed I was charged $99. I would like to have my money returned because I was not informed they would be charging my account.

scamming people out of money
By: Dec 30, 2013i joined a bid site,,the took out 99.00 dollars and i had no idea they was..when i bid on things the value never goes up and the time never runs out but they deduct money on each bid..yhey do not repli to my messages t all,,there are a lot of my friends that they doing the same thing to,,i hope you can help and maybe get my money returned,,,thanks

I Found A Phone Number
By: Dec 30, 20131-877-403-6981 I was having no luck receiving my 20 plus items from Hotcloseouts2013. They did not respond to my emails and I felt that I had for sure been taken. I filed a complaint with my credit card company and they provided me with this phone number to contact the company direct. I contacted them and they forwarded me four of my 20+ winning certificates. I have not attempted to use the certificates yet so I do not know if they are of any value. I did want to get the phone number out there!

charged my credit card ninety nine dollars for services not provided
By: Dec 27, 2013Filled out registration as requested and they charged $99 for a bid package I did not ask for. They offer a "contact us" area but no phone number, the on line chat does not work and I sent my email complaint requesting money back and have no response. I knew something was wrong when $99 invoice popped up without me making a purchase agreement.

Charging CC without person's authorization
By: Dec 25, 2013this company will take your cc information and automatically deduct $99 for "registering" with them without your express permission. I have never had this happen before when "registering" to be part of a website. Certainly this is not a legitimate way of doing online business. It takes you without warning, so do not give your cc information on this site.

Jennifer 'Jen' Myers and Dan Pozniak Libeling and Defaming Ms.Volovic on this post. Amanda threw Dan out under police witness the last time she saw Dan due to his severe abuse of her. Again, all on police record. Ms. JEN MYERS IS CLEARLY OBSESSED with Amanda due to her libelous and slanderous campaign on multiple sites. This is further proved due to Jen Myers providing her name on a libelous, defamatory and bizarre post about Ms. Volovic. A cease and desist and further action may be required if malicious statements and lies about Amanda continue. Ms. Volovic had no knowledge of the public posts in question about Mr. Pozniak.

For those of you that were charged the fraudulent charge, contact your credit card company and let them know. My credit card company would refund the amount, plus they will go after the merchant for the money. Hopefully your credit card company will do the same.

just registered and without any further checking or confirmation, $99 were charged to my CC. i want my money back. not at all a good site. does not have any good options to bid as well
