On 11/29/13 I was on hot closeout2013.com which advertise it was free sign up. I put in my credit card info and next thing I know a few minutes later I'm being charged 99.00 for 200 bids, with out my authorization. I am on disability and live on a fixed income this has caused me much undue stress and hardship. Not only that received my bank statement and not only had they taken my hard earned money, this company name Zbiddy/Zbidd Montreal CD. Don't understand how this is possible for a company to due this. I feel I'm am also due interest, because of their misrepresentation of themself and their programs they offers

Wanted to check out the site, entered my information. You can't continue without agreeing to their terms and conditions. All sites are pretty much the same, who reads all the fine print. I'd like to go back and read it completely but I won't go near the site for fear I'll get charged again! You're immediately charged for bids and your info comes in an email. There is no opt out available, almost everyone has that option before you finalize anything. I did not activate the bids or go any further with the site. I emailed support immediately and asked for a refund, emailed 3 times without any results. I'm working with my credit card company to have the charge removed. The web site is set up poorly, it's set up deceptively. I'm certainly not the first to get suckered in and certainly not the last unless this site is set up properly. It's not right and I'm really angry. Talked to someone else and they did exactly the same thing with no compensation given. They need to be honest about their practices or get shut down! Will never go back and will inform anyone to stay away that will listen!

I won approximately 40 items, I received some in the beginning, then it suddenly stopped. I e-mailed costumer support about 7 times and explained my position, but they never answered my e-mail. I think I gave them time enough, I paid my bids etc. right away, and I spend quite a bid of money on there sight, I am very disappointed the way they run their business.

When I realized that a $99.00 charge was applied to my credit card I immediately emailed that I wanted this canceled. It was charged to my account anyway. I have a copy of that email with a time and date requesting this refund. I also called the number today and was given the run around. I want a refund sent to my credit card of $99.00 today.

I signed up for hotcloseout2013.com which advertises to be a free auction website. During the sign up process I eas asked for my debt card #. After I was finished signing up there was an email in my inbox telling me I bought the 200 bid package for $99. I never authorized this transaction and no where on the website or during the sign up process did it say I was required to purchase this anything! Again it is advertised "Free to Join!" I demand a full refund of my $99 that was token with out my authorization! I feel that if my $99 is not refunded before Christmas, interest should be added to this amount. The money they have token is a large amount of my Christmas budget and the fact that it is now gone has been causing me Anxiety, from the stress that my family (mainly my Son) may not be able to get gifts or what they asked for Christmas that I have worked so hard and saved for, to be able to afford.

Jennifer 'Jen' Myers and Dan Pozniak Libeling and Defaming Ms.Volovic on this post. Amanda threw Dan out under police witness the last time she saw Dan due to his severe abuse of her. Again, all on police record. Ms. JEN MYERS IS CLEARLY OBSESSED with Amanda due to her libelous and slanderous campaign on multiple sites. This is further proved due to Jen Myers providing her name on a libelous, defamatory and bizarre post about Ms. Volovic. A cease and desist and further action may be required if malicious statements and lies about Amanda continue. Ms. Volovic had no knowledge of the public posts in question about Mr. Pozniak.

For those of you that were charged the fraudulent charge, contact your credit card company and let them know. My credit card company would refund the amount, plus they will go after the merchant for the money. Hopefully your credit card company will do the same.
