unable to pay for purchased items
By: Dec 05, 2013When I joined, I had to purchase bids. I paid $99.00 for a bid package. I paid for the bid package with my master card. I have won two items since then. I attempted to pay for both items with that same card. I got a message saying they don't accept that card. I tried another card and they wouldn't accept that one either I obviously spent $99.00 for nothing.

Charged 99.00 without consent
By: Dec 04, 2013Upon registering for the site, I was charged $99 for a bid package I did not consent to. I have made repeated attempts to contact customer service to address this matter and my requests for a refund have not been answered. Company has not replied to my many requests. The site claims to have a live chat but there is no way to access it.

took money without authorization
By: Dec 02, 2013i went on this website to check it out and i put my info on it and now my money is gone.they never said anywhere they take money out of your account and there is no phone number to contact them.now my account is negative.i want my money back right away.

Charged without my knowledge
By: Dec 02, 2013I saw this site on Facebook and mistook it for BIDZ online auction site. I was not aware they were going to charge me a $99.00 fee in order to bid. There is no way to contact these people. Online chat never comes up. There is no number to call these people. There are no instructions to cancel and get refund.

hot close outs STOLE from me!

Was charged 99.00 without me knowing.
By: Nov 30, 2013Received email that I could pay very little for electronic items. I was interested. Then I filled the application process and I did not know that I had to pay or would be charged 99 dollars to start bidding. Any information that I would be charged that amount was not very clear. I found out that I was charged when I saw a page within the website, then a email address and then I saw my chase account that I was charged 99.00 dollars. I sent around 4 emails discussing the problem and that I want my money refunded and had no responses. Not even an automated confirmation that I would be contacted to resolve the problem. There is no phone to call nor does their live chat systems/ features work. I even tried to contact them via facebook. Left a brief message to them. And tried today via twitter and could not connect and leave another message. I need my money refunded. Thanks.

Jennifer 'Jen' Myers and Dan Pozniak Libeling and Defaming Ms.Volovic on this post. Amanda threw Dan out under police witness the last time she saw Dan due to his severe abuse of her. Again, all on police record. Ms. JEN MYERS IS CLEARLY OBSESSED with Amanda due to her libelous and slanderous campaign on multiple sites. This is further proved due to Jen Myers providing her name on a libelous, defamatory and bizarre post about Ms. Volovic. A cease and desist and further action may be required if malicious statements and lies about Amanda continue. Ms. Volovic had no knowledge of the public posts in question about Mr. Pozniak.

For those of you that were charged the fraudulent charge, contact your credit card company and let them know. My credit card company would refund the amount, plus they will go after the merchant for the money. Hopefully your credit card company will do the same.

just registered and without any further checking or confirmation, $99 were charged to my CC. i want my money back. not at all a good site. does not have any good options to bid as well
