Contacted them thru FB website since I had no other alternative
By: Oct 01, 2015Ordered item for my pet & as concerned about not receiving item & no shipment info. Tried to contact thru their website, their "contact us" does not work. Clicked on their FB site and commented a few times...they deleted. Finally someone responded to my question "why do you keep deleting my posts" for which someone wrote back and said, I did not delete your post, what did you order. I told them and they never got back to me.
