Continue being charged after continued cancellation
By: May 04, 2020I tried the Keranique hair loss product but cancelled it after 2 deliveries or months of trial as it did not work for me. I called to cancel the product but saw that I was charged again. I called and was told that I needed to mail back the product when it came which I did. Once again I was charged. I called to complain and demanded a refund. 2 or 3 months later I was charged again. This time when I called to cancel AGAIN the man who answered the phone wanted to give me his sales pitch and said he could not and would not work with me until I listened to it. I want my money refunded and still to stop!
