I want my money back now!!! I was reviewing my debit card statement and I noticed that in addition to a fee of $4.95 which I approved of they also charged my card on additional $87.63 How is this fair!? Of course not. After fourteen days trial must be from date ordered !! I'll have a fee charge I don't have enough money in the account .Even the cream is not suitable for my skin (very sensitive )I'll return the order back.

On January 16, 2015, I ordered what appeared to be a "FREE" trial of a LaCreme SkinCare product for the payment of a shipping charge of $4.95 ... to which an additional $0.04 (unspecified "International Transaction Fee") was added. On January 31, 2015, my account was mysteriously charged by LaCreme SkinCare for $87.63 + $0.70 "International Transaction Fee" for what I have come to find out was that "FREE" trial offer. Not very "FREE"!! Since that time on March 2, 2015, LaCreme SkinCare has once again charged my account for $87.63 + $0.70 "International Transaction Fee". I was not aware that I had signed on to a recurring subscription service for a product that DID NOT work and that was felt to be useless and worthless!! I was "lectured" repeatedly by the LaCreme SkinCare "customer service" rep and supposed "supervisor" that it is the customer's fault and the customer's problem because they do not read all of the terms. Perhaps the problem is really because this SCAM and FRAUD has been structured, advertised, and presented in such a manner as to intentionally deceive and defraud the public. This SCAM is an intentional conspiracy in concert with BellaLabs to defraud the public.

I was told I was getting a free sample of product.When I received it there was a paper with it that says if I don't cancel and return product within 10 days I will be billed87.63 I would have refused their so called free sample if I had known I would be charged for and expected to return it.

Ordered product. paid $1.99 for trial. cancelled subscription within 14 days and was stilled billed $47.33. on mastercard account. Called,explained and was put on hold and forgotten after 30 minutes on hold while they said they were looking for recorded conversation of cancellation call. Was billed from Bella labs with same results. Both products were shipped together and same results.

trying to cancel now, haven't got it yet but another one did that to me, thisone sounded different, done no more ordering off interenet on hold now, they did call back yesterday but I am canceling now and email I is invalid.
