  Trying to attend an free online event. It required opening an account with Leekmedia, account required a credit card for verification. I still couldn't connect to the event. So started searching and found it on YouTube. The MC of the event said it was totally free and if I'd been asked for a credit card to attend it was by a scammer. Luckily I was able to close the credit card number immediately and I didn't lose anything

  I signed up but on the same day canceled it for I did not want it. They said there will be no transaction for signing up or canceling the membership. On my bank statement shows they did a transaction. And I hope there will be no more transactions after I canceled it.
