This David Jefferson has been trying to get in contact with me for over two weeks, and finally i had answered his call. David said I had won $150,000 with a brand new Tahoe pickup truck. In order for myself to collect my prize, I had to pay a shipping and handling which was $100. so i did, and the day he was suppose to deliver he hadn't called nor came. i called him and he had told me saying he tried calling and leaving voice mails. My phone was working perfectly that day, so i did not believe him one bit, next thing you know he was saying IRS had stopped there vehicle, and had took my package because my package did not have an IRS stamp. The IRS stamp fee was $200 has he recalled.

This is a pure scam. you will get a call saying that you have won a lottery which is over 8 million dollars plus they will say that you will get a check delivered to you on your door by either fed-ex or ups. the funny thing is that they will email you a complete fake document, even my 6 year old son can do it which was done in word document with pic of car, etc. at last they will ask you to pay a higher rate of money through money order or western union so they can send you your winnings. please don't fall for it. I played into their hands and they really thought that i was stupid to send them money.

Calling my mother who is 85 and harassing her to claim her winnings. Gave her a 866-996-5997 and a pin number to claim and then these guys call back and want her to send money to them. She has a bad heart and they are harassing her. I called the Kingston Jamaica police and they said it was a burn phone and could not be traced but they would try to call the perpetrators and get them to stop calling. The tactics of these crooks is causing my mother to have considerable chest pains and I am fearful for her health. These crooks need to be stopped.

When dialing the phone number reported (866-996-5997) the automated system asks for a 6 digit pin number, which was supposedly included with the invitation. By entering 6 random digits one is able to proceed further.

Those scamming scum tried pulling the same on me. Called my home phone; said they were Publisher's Clearing House and that I'd signed up for the contest at some a store (sounds like something I vaguely recall doing). However, Publisher's Clearing House site says they never call in advance, they just show up with a crew and the check. Anyway, caller, woman with thick accent, but serious and professional sounding said UPS was 45 minutes away. Her accent was thick enough (e.g. just difficult enough to understand), that I doubted PCH would be having her doing that kind of communication for the company. Red flag. She told me I won a specified # of millions of $ and a specific 2016 car, and read me a bunch of confirmation #s to write down and the specifics of my winnings, and had me read it back (apparently I was going to need to this to verify I was the right person I guess... trying to build credibility). Asked if I knew where a Western Union was... I played along, not believing it was real. She at one point told me FBI and DOHS was listening in on the call and asked me if I minded (wanted me to think the authorities are trying to prevent fraud, or something). When she sensed doubt, she told me I could call 866-996-5997. She asked me if I had another phone to call on another phone while they stayed on the line. She said she'd stay on the phone the whole 45 minutes. I told her first I would Google the phone #. **CLICK** she hung up immediately, knowing the jig was up. I don't know how people like that can live with themselves. Sociopaths. Bad karma.
