Didn't deliver dehumidifiers purchased and not returning emails. But kept the money

Not returning my email after I ordered 2 products
By: Oct 04, 2019I ordered 2 portable Honeywell cooling & heating units ion July 10, 2019 & after the purchase was complete I was informed it would be October before they would be shipped. I sent several emails concerning the length of time it would take to receive them as I have indoor pets & my central unit had quit workin & we were experiencing record heat temps. I attempted to open the web page with no success.
