Took my money and didn't ship my product
By: Nov 05, 2019I ordered the same day tree as everyone else on here. I got no confirmation of my order, just a debit on my bank account. A month later, still nothing and no way to check the status of the order. The website isn't even operational anymore. I wonder how many other people they scammed out of $12.50.

Not answering my emails
By: Nov 03, 2019I order an item on 10/16 and maybe about 2 weeks later I sent an email asking where my product was. I was ignored. Please help. I know I’m also not the first person on this site that has lost money. I don’t even care about the money I just want my item!!

No communication whatsoever after ordering something
By: Oct 12, 2019I ordered a cat tree, on September 29, that was 90% off their website, and they accepted the order. I got a text confirmation saying they would text me as soon as it shipped. One week later, I still haven't received any notification, so I emailed them asking about the package's status. I was met with silence for 4 days, so I gave them one last email saying I would report them if they did not respond in the next two. Sure enough, those two days have come and gone without any reply. The payment has already been processed, and while it's not a significant amount, I just think about if it WAS, or if it happened to someone else. I'm not one to complain or cause grief to others, but if it prevents an even bigger scam for someone else I'll do it.

Where's my package
