  I worked as HR VP in this company based in NY. They stopped paying salaries in October 2018 saying that they had delays in investments. They let go and had employees quit for lack of payment in several countries and never paid them (including myself, i quit in september 2019). They act as an "uber eat" service, and their clients are the restaurants. The clients of the restaurants order online, and pay through their paltform. They KEEP AND USE this money and don´t pay the restaurants. They owe over 2 million dollars to the IRS. The CEO Puneet Talwar, is an indian scammer that can´t even travel to India anymore, and he goes from country to country ((Ukraine, Dominican Republic, Argentina, Brazil and the latest one is the UK) opening and closing offices without paying employees, providers or taxes. This is a scam of MASSIVE proportions. Not sure how he´s kept so under the radar for so long. Just look at glassdoor reviews (check munch ado, bravvura and AY Digital)
