I called and asked where to return a product that I had not opened or used and said that I am not able to use the product. They said to return the unopened product to them and they would refund the purchase price. I sent them the product and it was returned for the wrong zip code, in fact, they blacked out the zip code before they sent it back.. The post office told me that the post office where I sent it should have corrected it. Instead the company sent it back. I called and they told me the right zip code to send it. Again I sent it back to the correct zip code and they sent it back blacking it out again. I called them and they said the problem was with the post office and not them. It cost 13.45 to send the package to them. I did it twice and I will not do it again.Show more...
