As with another complaint registered here, we purchased a starter Drone from these criminals back in May: THEY HAVE NEVER RESPONDED TO OUR 8 EMAILS AND DOZENS OF VM MESSAGES. The phone number immediately goes to vm with the same lame message, blaming the pandemic for causing “shipping delays’ and assuring that they will contact you back in 24 hrs.
We have en tried to get the San Luis Obispo Police Dept. (Where the company has its address.) to go to that address and see if it is anything more than a place to get mail (and accept checks no doubt) but they said that if a crime occurred it was committed from wherever we purchased the Drone online and that other local authorities should be contacted first.
This is CLEARLY a case of online fraud and overt thievery and the perpetrators belong in prison. We can not lost $105, but wonder how many others were also scammed.

At the beginning of May 2020 I ordered a drone that I saw advertised through Facebook. After for five weeks I started calling the company because I did not receive the drone. No matter what time of the day or night I called a recording always said they were receiving more calls than usual. After about six weeks I finally spoke to somebody and they said they just shipped it out with the US post office and gave me a tracking number. Nothing ever showed up and I called the post office and they said a package had arrived to my city and ZIP Code but it had no delivery address on it so it was returned. I’ve called N2Invent 100 times since then and a recording always says they are receiving more calls than normal. This is nothing but a scam. Please don’t purchase any items from this company

Ordered their drone at $105 in early May 2020. It's mid August. Never got it. Checked with Post Office and they said it was delivered on May 13 to the "Original sender in Atascadero, CA 93422" which is their company address! My emails to them requesting refund have gone nowhere. What a SCAM! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! You will be ripped off!

Ordered special in Feb. 2020, repeatedly sent emails to [email protected] for status, tracking info., refund plus threatened to turn them in. There was no contact phone number. Repeated email replies from supposedly different persons, two phone replies with a promise of a 30% discount toward my order to be refunded. Nothing was traceable nor the refund or merchandise. Eventually, there were no responses. I was scammed out of $69.

I placed an online order with N2INVENT.com on 4/13/2020. Watied 4 weeks and called their business number. I was asked for my address. I repeated my address and was told they sent it to the wrong address and said they would ship another. I received an email with a tracking number. I waits a week from the email and saw that the package was in transit at Rowland, CA. I waited 5 weeks and checked the status and it was still in Rowland, CA. I just called my credit card company (Chase Visa) and was told that they will refund the $105.90.

I placed an order with these jerks on April 16, 2020. I started contacting them on April 30, asking when they would ship my drone. Eventually, one of them said that it had shipped on May 1, when it went to their shipping forwarder Newgistics, which is part of Pitney Bowes. Now N2invent is supposedly headquartered in Atascadero, CA – which is near San Luis Obispo. But it is in a Suite at an address. They do not appear to have any warehousing or shipping facilities there. The Newgistics location that my supposed shipment went to is in Fremont, CA – almost 200 miles away from Atascadero. Then, on May 22, 2020 my package was still with Newgistics but arrived at their facility in Bloomington, CA – over 400 miles SOUTH of Fremont. But I live in Washington state, and am NORTH of them. So there it sat. Every time I called their 800 number someone assured me that it would arrive soon. Eventually, I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. I was told that he was not available at that time, but could he call me back. I agreed to that. When I had not heard from the supervisor after 24 hours I called again. The woman promised me that my drone would be delivered within the next 2 days. I asked for a supervisor again and was told that they were not available. Now I was pretty PO’d by then and told her that I would file a complaint with the California Attorney General and with my credit card company. So she hung up on me and I receive an email a few minutes later that they had credited my account. It took 2 days for the credit to hit my card. And the tracking number still shows in Bloomington, CA. Now these polite folks that I spoke to every time gave me a very American-sounding first name, but their English was a bit off. I have a bit of experience with people that English is not their first language, and I speak a couple of other languages myself. These folks were Chinese. My final clue was when I asked someone what city she was in. She said she was in Hampton, VA. I asked her if the corporate offices were in Atascadero but the call center was in Hampton, VA. She told me that because of the pandemic she was working from home. So I asked her if she worked in Atascadero but lived in Hampton and she said “Yes.” These folks at not in Virginia or California or anywhere else in the US. They are in freaking China! They no clue how to treat consumers or conduct a business. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! THEY WILL HOSE YOU OVER GOOD!

Ordered $105 drone April 3, 2020. As of May 25, no drone, no requested reverse charge on my credit card. In fact my emails to their support number are returned as undeliverable due to timed out. Will report to Texas AG & to Federal Trade Commission. Will request my credit card company to reverse the $105 charge.

I placed an order on April 11, 2020 and the next day decided to cancel. They reached out to me via email and offered an additional discount of 30%, which I accepted. On April 13th I received a $29.98 credit back to my account. I have called weekly as to when I would receive the drone. They advised me it was received by USPS on May 1st and gave me a tracking number. When I checked with USPS, I was advised they have not received it. It is now May 11th and I've yet to receive the drone. I contacted my bank and filed a dispute of the charge in the amount of $75.92. It will be handled by my bank. I also emailed N2invent of my action with my bank and that the charge would be reversed. By the way, when I called them this morning, they offered me an additional 20% off, to which I refused.

I too have been taken and I have read many many more people that all say the same things in every comment that I've read here, if nothing else they got big ones! Isn't it illegal to manipulate the Federal Government by falsifying USPS documents at their subsequent agreements? Getting slammed by the Feds seems like a great Penance!

I am a victim of this scam. I ordered the Drone on line on 4/5/2020 and with in 3 hours I emailed them to cancel it. They right away emailed me to find the reason of cancellation and offer me 30 % discount, but still I want to cancel it then they offer me 50% discount but I insist to cancel and refund my money..I checked my credit card just for curosity and was surprised to find that they already charged me $105.00. It is now 4/14/2020 and no credit at all instead they email me saying that they ship my purchase today. Stay away from this company on line.
