Online Purchase never shipped
By: Jun 19, 2020At 8:21 PM on May 17, 2020 I ordered the DroneXPro that I saw in an online ad...I think on Facebook. I paid $105.90 using my debit card, Order #C94CDD767F. It did not arrive in time for my grandson's b-day on June 10. I called and they said that it was still in Hawthorn, CA and that I should call today (June 19) to ask the USPS if they could change the address to my grandson's address in WA, since it was going to be so late and would be in Albuquerque by that day. I called the USPS today with the tracking # provided: 9274892700547001000XXXXXX. The gentleman told me that it only showed that it was in Hawthorn, CA and had never left. I have tried calling the company with the # above several times and they get a recording, saying to send them an email. However, my computer warns me the email address may be trying to trick me: [email protected]

Keep telling me my order shipped, 45 days ago

By: Jun 10, 2020May 9th sitting in cancer treatment looking up things on my cell phone -- up pops this drone that is for sale and the more you buy the better the price gets. I fell into buying 5 drones at a total of $330.90 and that included shipment cost. I get acknowledgement of order within a few days and than on 5/23/2020 i get shipment info with a huge tracking number that looks much to long. I wait until today 6/10/2020 and start to look into shipment info. Fine that many people have been scamed on this same product. Im a purchasing manager for my main job for many years and i guess i have never had anything like this ever happen before. I feel like i have sucker on my head at this point.

Took money from card end of april for item ordered and it has never been received
By: Jun 09, 2020Ordered drone end of april and after 70 plus emails back n forth I still have not gotten it. They sent a hand written discount check to try and placate me. Card I used does not allow refunds to be applied back so I've been really fighting for it. I also supposedly received an extra battery, again to try and make me happy. What good is a battery if I have no drone? Lol. So I see in shipping a label was made for the free battery but that's all, it hasn't actually been put on a parcel and shipped. They said they order from china and it takes long but about the same time I ordered from a different site and have received items shipped from china long ago. They tried to apply refund for full amount after knowing card wont accept it. Now I asked for another check for refund. I'm giving up on anything actually shipping. Wanted the drone for shut down and pandemic will be forgotten by the time this company resolves anything.

Never shipped out my item after 6 weeks
By: Jun 06, 2020This is a complete SCAM! I ordered a drone 7 weeks ago and yesterday I disputed it on credit card. It wasn’t shipped out for 5 weeks and it took 2 weeks to create a shipping label! Complete scam don’t waste your money plz

Same here. Ordered drone on 4/20/20 it's now 9/26/20. Sent several e-mails and actually contacted them by phone. At that time I was informed back ordered due to corona in China!!! N2invent.com seems to be a scam. So far no additional charges to my credit card. uugghhhh!!

I placed an order with these jerks on April 16, 2020. I started contacting them on April 30, asking when they would ship my drone. Eventually, one of them said that it had shipped on May 1, when it went to their shipping forwarder Newgistics, which is part of Pitney Bowes. Now N2invent is supposedly headquartered in Atascadero, CA – which is near San Luis Obispo. But it is in a Suite at an address. They do not appear to have any warehousing or shipping facilities there. The Newgistics location that my supposed shipment went to is in Fremont, CA – almost 200 miles away from Atascadero. Then, on May 22, 2020 my package was still with Newgistics but arrived at their facility in Bloomington, CA – over 400 miles SOUTH of Fremont. But I live in Washington state, and am NORTH of them. So there it sat. Every time I called their 800 number someone assured me that it would arrive soon. Eventually, I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. I was told that he was not available at that time, but could he call me back. I agreed to that. When I had not heard from the supervisor after 24 hours I called again. The woman promised me that my drone would be delivered within the next 2 days. I asked for a supervisor again and was told that they were not available. Now I was pretty PO’d by then and told her that I would file a complaint with the California Attorney General and with my credit card company. So she hung up on me and I receive an email a few minutes later that they had credited my account. It took 2 days for the credit to hit my card. And the tracking number still shows in Bloomington, CA. Now these polite folks that I spoke to every time gave me a very American-sounding first name, but their English was a bit off. I have a bit of experience with people that English is not their first language, and I speak a couple of other languages myself. These folks were Chinese. My final clue was when I asked someone what city she was in. She said she was in Hampton, VA. I asked her if the corporate offices were in Atascadero but the call center was in Hampton, VA. She told me that because of the pandemic she was working from home. So I asked her if she worked in Atascadero but lived in Hampton and she said “Yes.” These folks at not in Virginia or California or anywhere else in the US. They are in freaking China! They no clue how to treat consumers or conduct a business. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! THEY WILL HOSE YOU OVER GOOD!

Ordered $105 drone April 3, 2020. As of May 25, no drone, no requested reverse charge on my credit card. In fact my emails to their support number are returned as undeliverable due to timed out. Will report to Texas AG & to Federal Trade Commission. Will request my credit card company to reverse the $105 charge.

I placed an order on April 11, 2020 and the next day decided to cancel. They reached out to me via email and offered an additional discount of 30%, which I accepted. On April 13th I received a $29.98 credit back to my account. I have called weekly as to when I would receive the drone. They advised me it was received by USPS on May 1st and gave me a tracking number. When I checked with USPS, I was advised they have not received it. It is now May 11th and I've yet to receive the drone. I contacted my bank and filed a dispute of the charge in the amount of $75.92. It will be handled by my bank. I also emailed N2invent of my action with my bank and that the charge would be reversed. By the way, when I called them this morning, they offered me an additional 20% off, to which I refused.

I too have been taken and I have read many many more people that all say the same things in every comment that I've read here, if nothing else they got big ones! Isn't it illegal to manipulate the Federal Government by falsifying USPS documents at their subsequent agreements? Getting slammed by the Feds seems like a great Penance!

I am a victim of this scam. I ordered the Drone on line on 4/5/2020 and with in 3 hours I emailed them to cancel it. They right away emailed me to find the reason of cancellation and offer me 30 % discount, but still I want to cancel it then they offer me 50% discount but I insist to cancel and refund my money..I checked my credit card just for curosity and was surprised to find that they already charged me $105.00. It is now 4/14/2020 and no credit at all instead they email me saying that they ship my purchase today. Stay away from this company on line.

This company and it's shipping partner Newgistics. Ordered over a month ago and still awaiting my package . Covid-19 or no Covid-19 This is just outrageous. What are they doing W A L K I N G my package to me???
