I went onto CreditKarma.com and was presented a Car Loan to refinance my car loan. I filled it out and put the wrong numbers in. My Loan was denied because I put in the wrong amounts. Next I went to creditKarma.com and was presented a new application by Open Road Lending with the ACCURATE amount of $15995. So again I filled it out with the accurate numbers from the bank.... I then got a confirmation that said that the loan had been approved. So I called up and the woman over the phone explained that the loan was declined. I asked her why they sent me an email. She said it was approved based on the numbers and was only good for $12000. I told her that on the actual application it said a new amount of $15995 which I never even disclosed to them. So I asked her why this amount was presented to me on the application for $15995 and $270 a month....? She said that this number was taken out of public records? So I told her that I was misled by the application to believe it was for the amount presented. She said that it was not the case. My credit score has now gone down 57 points because of this Falsified application which was presented to me and filled out by being misled.I want my loan they presented to me, approached me with and sent me an email confirmation of APPROVAL App #1305696 They should not be able to access amounts owed to bank on the application.... then tell the applicant that this was placed on their falsely. THIS IS FRAUDULENT. They should not be able to mislead applicants with false numbers being presented as the loan amount it is misleading and devastating to a credit score. These inquiries stay on the report for 2 years!!!! For a false and misleading application stating a false amount for the loan. It is FRAUDULENT to lie about the amount you are applying for. Thank You.Show more...
I want them to stop false advertising and call each credit agency and take this false inquiry and application for a loan in wrong amount
