• Not returning the money charged on credit card after the kid class attendance was canceled.

  I have my son attending karate classes offered by Mr. Curtis Hammond for more than one year.
  The initial contract was for seven months.
  In May 2019 my wife informed Mr. Hammond that, my son will not attend karate class after the end of May.
  Last day my son attended was Friday May 31st 2019.
  The payment method was set up with a credit card he was charging every month $98 for my son attendance.
  Mr. Hammond charged the credit card, after my son stopped attending, for months of June and August for service he did not provided.
  We canceled the credit card account because he was still continuing charging the card after our son stop attending his classes.
  After asking Mr. Hammond to return the two extra-charges, first he said he will take care and return the extra-charges.
  After almost a month nothing happened. I talked to him again and he was not cooperating to return the money. He was rude to me screaming “get out of my office”.
  After informing other subscribers to his class about his behavior, finally he returned only $98 for the month of August.
  He keep saying that my son participated on testing for new belt on June (that was a lie) when actually the test for belt was held on May. We sent him the emails that show when the test for new belt was held on May 21st.
  Now Mr. Hammond say he will not return the extra-charge for June because he has photos and records that my son attended his classes in June. This is just another lie to keep the money, if he has photos and records, maybe fakes, why don’t he sent them to me?
  We asked him to send/email the photos and records he has to justify the charge for June, he refuse to replay to email or to refund the money.
  I am afraid to go and talk to him again because the way he treated me and I need help to resolve this problem.
  We like to see the photos and records he said he has for the month of June or return the $98 he charged for that month.
